Sometimes higher level managers turn self centered. They are not leaders really. They take other people's work and project as theirs. It truly very bad for employees who work day and night to meet the deadlines and innovate.

Work life balance and compensation are the two major plus. Work wise WF is as conservative in adopting newer technologies as any other bank.

Working on legacy systems, less or limited learning opportunities

Work culture,company policies, benefits except compensation like cab facility, free gym,internet reimbursement, work from home, phone bill reimbursement, Iphone to use for tech leads and above level

Politics inside the team, lack of transparency, compensation
