- Collaborative Environment - Competitive compensation and good appraisals (Minimum: double digit percentage for average performing employees as well) - Consulting flavour with client facing roles

Dislikes

- Poor Work life balance - Limited tech stack - Favoritism and politics at higher level (almost common for all corporates and not just limited to ZS)

Likes

On time salary and like-minded interns made a good rapport amongst the new joinees along with their shared interests.

Dislikes

Weak communication and differential management among seniors made it quite chaotic which followed by the Human Resources. HR department seemed to have a little to negligible role in any case of unease amongst employees and their respective leaders, Leaders also seemed to supervise around and not LEAD particularly, incase if there was any hurdle to overcome; to them, a problem was just expected to be executed successfully without keeping in mind any notion of a mishap. Team Leaders having different solutions to one question seemed to create confusion among joinees and their mentors as to how to act without absence of a uniform way of execution. Also flexible hours are a good option they have, but depending on the TL, you can or cannot exploit them.

Good Pay. Culture is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Peers are very jealous....competition (negative sense) in the team itself....

1. I have always gotten what I asked in terms of working on challenging projects 2. You have to mess up really really hard to be put on an improvement plan, they give a lot of chances 3. Benefits are great

Work-life balance, political team leads, salary is higher outside
