It's growing Bank Sales pressure is too much. Client base is weak a person has to self motivated and depends himself.

Great work place and a good ambiance, team is supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good and can expect good incentives on achieving the target.

Work place is good but as you can experience politics in every place. Salary structure needs to be improved and should be given decent target to achieve the incentives

Huge work pressure. No proper training, and daily 2 time meeting is enough to frustrate any normal person. And completely field work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

I my department CAD-BO, there is no work life balance and Salary & Perks are not given as per the work
