If your Boss local and you are belonging from different area then don't work here, Local management are ruing CIPLA brand value, If you are outsider from Maharastra then don't join Cipla (Kurkumbh, Pune) plant. Top management always harassing the new joiners (Experienced / Trainee). The culture of Engineering department is terrible. Manager SANDIP RAMDAS DHUMAL is illiterate and uncultured person. If you want to join here ensure that who will be your Boss.

Plethora of models/variants vs limited time. 4. Poverty of ambition : doesn’t aim to be the market leader in terms of technology or new product. The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.
