Staff shortage, pressure of third party income, Your can't take your own left leave. The worst thing is the transfer policy of the bank. You will not get your preferred location. There was very heavy work load as the single staff have to handle the following thing:- CASA Gold loan,Retail loan, Business loan, Digital Growth of bank Third party income Life insurance,Health insurance,SGB The main thing is NPA. You will have to handle and manage the large number of accounts that it doesn't turn into NPA.

HR deployment is the worst. It is not transparent. They don't consider talents. You may be forced to work in completely irrelevant roles even You are specialized in a particular field. HR is not concerned about learning and development. They just need a person to fill a vacancy. Worst HR policies.
