HR not respond on time. My salary was hold due to my reporting manager not approve my leave timely, so i had urgent need of salary , i am doing email and also call to HR for release my salary but not any resolution done.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.

Vintage staff not getting salary correction as per market otherwise many left the service. Need to thing on salary revision of more than 10 year vintage staff. I am observing this since last 13 year and working on smaller package.

...ff in BFIL and within a short period of time I was promoted to a branch manager. BFIL gives salary and incentive which no other company gives, they will pay salary exactly on 31st of every month. The package provided by them is very good like vehicle fuel charge, insurance.HR,IT,MS,PTC,and account's department team is very supportive.
