No work life balance, Overtime working other than closing days also, cross sell targets of multiple products to backend teams as well with the same customer bas as the frontliners. Lot of work pressure at support teams for target achievement with zero tolerance discrepancy in the Operational KRA.

Esaf is a good for freshers... My role is BOM. Decent role.. but treated all employees as same. Comparatively to other bank Esaf is the best to work

Poor management, No training provided for new staffs and Salary Is too low.. We work with MB branch team most of the time we spent banking hours. No work life balance.

Specially for operations no Proper training provided, appraisals are ok, you'll get one every year salary is average, innovations are here, along with some politics, forget about leaves from 1-10 every month& you might need to work overnight too if it's month end
