Technically very updated ,even front line employees can provide customer's information & services....like premium paid receipt,customer's data modify etc

...pressure,Employees get termination on the basis of performance is very common...No yearly any salary increments, Only promotion can salary increment

This insurance company is not technically strong. Insurance companies have their own applications, but this company has many shortcomings of such applications. The product training in the company is also very poor. The company has some applications of its own, but they also do not work well. For Customer Login, one has to login through the browser. The customer support system of this company is also very poor.
