Salary is good bonus every year and career growth is slow only 2years trainee after management doesn't address our issue

Good exposure to real word problems and supplier challenges. Support during COVID 19 time was good to the employees.

...was not provided to employees eventhough i have worked there 4 years 11 month. Not balanced work force, work life and proportionality of salary against work load, qualification and experience.

Switching between departament is nearly to impossible, once department is alloted you have to work on it.
