On time salary as i have worked in go ai operations on contractual basis so i can't say about promotions coming to salary part its not great but yeah average

Too much unnecessary targets for the salary we get , micromanagement by managers . No carrer development in operations so better think before joining

Company will provide variable pay for every 6 months

Compare to last 3 years company is providing less hikes and promotions

Job security. Working on latest technologies and good working environment.

Dislikes

Promotion, salary and annual hike. HCL normally gives 3-4% hike annually which is very less then other organisations and if someone works for a long time with HCL then his salary will be definitely below market standards.

In all aspects, IBM is good except hikes. Good work environment and culture, Appraisals are very less.

Dislikes

All the things are good except the compensation. We will not get good hikes every year. Work life balance is good as there is no mandatory working hours in office.
