1)Poorest salary structure in the TCS 2. Outdated appraisal process; Strong favoritism, and local community culture. One can not survive with only talent. 3) They cut huge amount of qurtarly Pay in salary.

Its an employee friendly organization. Helpful collegeues, flexibility, work life balance and overall it is great organisation to be part of.

Dislikes

They need to offer little more salary although the incentives structure is great there.
