I appreciate the opportunities and experiences I've gained here, but I feel that my current compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my work, the value I bring to the team, and the industry standards.

Likes

Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

HR process, and and variable pay like peanuts.

Good exposure to top level people. And better opportunity in working projects.

In the post we have good hikes. But past 2 years it's too bad. Zero variable pay. No hikes.

Means saturday are not off also as devloper after you are handling all the code you should get more importance

Job security is good, work culture is also good except some people. Management wise everything organised, and company policies also cool.

Salary increments are very low, not satisfactory.
