The salary part is the only thing which I feel FAI doesn't give as per the outside market. if 2 candidates has same years of experience but 1 is way smarter then another then offered package should also be different. Package should be as per years and interview feedback

Low WLB. Late promotion. Come to office even if you are sick. Yearly one company party. No outings.
