Great place to learn. Employee gets lots of new stuffs to work on. Work load might be little more (depends on your capacity) but interesting stuff.

Not much to learn if you are joining straight out of college, the Salary is good, but the learning curve is not very steep.

Working at CGI will help you to enhance your skill, job security is 100% , if you are working in shifts lyf balance becomes hectic.. appraisal was very pathetic in 2017 , haven't accepted single digit gonna get working in CGI.

Salary hike.. state to state priority is given on appraisal time.
