Good work space to experience in tcs as the company is good if the team members and team lead are good then it's great to work with tcs Thanks to the team that I have been working in tcs

Nothing as it seems to be good culture but regarding salary the increments won't happen immediately but it takes years to build an intrest and earn the increments as per my knowledge

The work culture, opportunities, skills development learning etc.

Dislikes

There is nothing specific but only one thing I felt bad that they hire a new employee with the higher package with the same experience that the current employee has instead of that they might have increased current employee package.

1. Pay scale is better than peers 2. Supportive management

Work that is done here has not a lot of use outside this domain. Gets repetitive and boring after some time

NSEIT has some really good clients. one of them is BNP paribas so if you get chance to work for bnp paribas then its great. Apart from this they have their own projects so again there is good learning opportunities NSEIT
