Dislikes

People from top companies join here without understanding their role, including me, for better salary packages mostly. It might be suitable for freshers or interns but experienced professionals, esp. those with MBA backgrounds might not find any role that is good here. One is expected to work on weekends and stretch regularly (depends on your team, of course), which makes it difficult especially for women. No hard and fast work policies, and a lot of ambiguity everywhere,
