Never give promotion based on performance atleast for M Level. Variable pay is worst.

Work-life balance (Although it depends on project to project) Good work culture and friendly team.

1. Salary 2. Scope to learn and apply it in project. CTS provides access to Udemy where we can enroll into courses as much as we want, but our team faced lack of opportunities to apply them in project.

I got offer during pandemic as fresher since then I worked remotely which helped me.

The promotion and salary hike is not as per the employee performance

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

Dislikes

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.
