Work life balance is good. For managers and above, Variable pay is just as good as nothing. Consider there is no variable and whatever you get is a plus. HR process is very bad, they don't answer any question, you may expect a reply from Prime minister office, but don't expect solution from HRs. The assets you get (laptop, mouse etc) are outdated.

...E BALANCE, CANDIDATE WHO ARE WORKING FOR CLIENT LOCATION FACING MICROMANAGEMENT. VERY POOR BENIFITS APART FROM SALARY DONT EXPECT ANYTHING.

I've been responsible for training large executive teams to operate independently. It's a respectable job with high pay, after all, it is a highly sought after job.

Closer to the deadlines, things get heated up. i's important to motivate yourself and others.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Senior management is amazing. People value your opinions. You will be heard and respected no matter what level of experience you have. No one bursts out angrily on other person and a behaviour like this is highly discouraged as well. I had the best time here.

Dislikes

Compensation can be a little low for few people. Annual increments are guaranteed but average.
