It trains you about something else and then gives you role about something else and then when that project goes after several years then you will be on bench and will not get any project

- Work life balance is extremely good, with flexible work hours according to your needs - Exciting and interesting projects with a ton of room for growth and professional development - Ability to work from anywhere for a majority of the month, with only 8 days requirement to work in the office

- Salary and compensation could be slightly better considering the office is in Bengaluru

Low pressure, great work life balance , great people, good compensation. Good benefits. I can really call this place my home.

Appraisal cycle and hikes. Company is not growing as a tech company should.

I was a former employee of Openxcell, and my experience with the company was disappointing. The work culture was not conducive to growth, and there was a lack of job security. Employees were laid off without prior notice, and despite having a two-month official notice period, they were only paid for one month. Additionally, appraisals were disheartening and offered minimal increments, which negatively impacted employee morale and self-esteem. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
