No inspiring work Work from office Leaders do politics sometime If you are early in career, who wants to explore, face challenges, learn, grow, this is not the place. More settled people occupy. You'll not be promoted by skills or talent but by years of experience.

...r career. But you need to give more time to company as compare to personal life. And for appraisal and salary hike it all depends on your project but the least performer will also get at least hike of 15%. After working here for more than one year I am satisfied and able to maintain my personal and work life balance.

Sometimes no personal life. Since it is an startup so don't expect ameneties like swimming pool, gym etc

It trains you about something else and then gives you role about something else and then when that project goes after several years then you will be on bench and will not get any project
