...r career. But you need to give more time to company as compare to personal life. And for appraisal and salary hike it all depends on your project but the least performer will also get at least hike of 15%. After working here for more than one year I am satisfied and able to maintain my personal and work life balance.

Sometimes no personal life. Since it is an startup so don't expect ameneties like swimming pool, gym etc

Good to work only couple of years when you start your career. Not good for long term, pay wise and growth wise.
