Dislikes

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

...ded in CTC & it'll not be given during fnf also ( if not completing 5 years) . . 3) Bonus component added into CTC , & if you resign before the appraisal cycle which is 1 quarter of the next FY , then you'll not get you bonus amount ( which is included in CTC ) . 3)

Co-workers are good, good work culture, learnt a lot here. The workplace was very calm. Provide excellent opportunities to learn & perform. Adequate training on required skills is provided. Free atmosphere for work. Flexibility in timings. Overall good learning experience.

Dislikes

Salary packages are not updated with market and salary increements are less compared to other employer, other than that there were not many issues.

Likes

It is good company for starting your career. Lot of diversity in technology and people is available. Very good experience for learning. Exposure to regulated markets and its associated technologies.

Dislikes

low salary increments in comparison to other peer companies.
