Your salary, hikes, promotions, bonuses and other perks like- Diwali gifts, Parties are depended on the partner under whom you are working. After a good performance and profit of overall team, we didn't get anything.

As a fresher there’s a lot to learn and seniors do help us.

Sometimes it does get a bit hectic. Also the pay is bit low then industry standards but as a fresher it’s a good stepping stone to build your initial career from here.

Axtria has a good wfh policy. Not the best but somewhat better than some other company. You can work from all 5 locations in India.

Dislikes

Not good salary hikes from past 2-3 years. No stocks. No perks. No learning if you are not in a good project which is rare. Biased managers and work environment.

Good pay. Great leave policies and employee friendly management. Free home pick up and drop. Timely appraisals which is very important nowadays.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. In few projects there is too much work load.
