They pramote person who able to teach other new joiners,beacause they can't afford experience employee salary, so that they hire new fresher and teach them, in that why they can maintain there salary cost. So this company is not for long term untill and unless you have a skill to teach other new employees.

As a fresher there’s a lot to learn and seniors do help us.

Sometimes it does get a bit hectic. Also the pay is bit low then industry standards but as a fresher it’s a good stepping stone to build your initial career from here.

Very good company. I am developing my skills and knowledge every moment. Salary and benifits is very good asa well as SBI Life think for there employee.

Work timings is very dis satisfied. We can not balanced Wrok and personal life timings for there office timings.

I Like work culture in Accenture. Note- it depend on project in which project you are working. In Few projects you will face work pressure.

I joined as a fresher in accenture. They gave me very lesser salary as compare to market.

They pay well as compared to competition for freshers. Hikes are better . But lately cognizant also choosing the path of other MNC

Yearly hikes . Concentrated work . You'll working in one tool that's it no growth
