...asis. Just need to have good relation with manager who can approve the training. Salary hike and compensation is good compare to other service based companies. Work life balance is also good. Its better if you are at Bangalore location as Pune location has shortage of projects.

No better projects or i would say no projects related to C/C++ in Pune location except a few. After merging to harman and then samsung, it seems lot of clients has been moved away from Symphony. Apart from that everything seems ok.

Harman provide high salary even for freshers.They also give good electronic items as women's day gift.

Dislikes

There are many divisions in Harman..so be careful and know where you are mapped into. Product based division is good but not service based
