Can do better with facilities, transportation and compensation break down at the time of hiring.

More salary package is offered for the outsiders than people who are struggling in Mphasis for more than 10 to 15 years.

Coming to compensation, i feel little disappointed. At max appraisal i got is 5%.

It's a good place for Freshers to learn the process and to expirience the corporate life.

Dislikes

In this company most of people speaks in local languages. Compensation is low and if the employee contributing for years in the same company then the growth will be slow. No Teamouts for our team, at least one teamout also never happened in last one year.

Its a very good learning platform for freshers Work station was very beneficial with all the necessary requirements to gain product knowledge. It was great experience working with Mphasis.

There was nothing like it is not proper according to me but I think interms of salary there was little issue hike was less that's it
