Overlooking employee efforts. Bonus should be given if they stay still dec 31 of every year. This is because you are paying for the effort they already spent which should rewarded.

I had worked as an associate and it was 3rd party payroll for one of their projects, first of all for this project they hire the quantity people not qualitative. Language feeling is what I felt mostly in my time span of 6 months there. Full-time and contractual feeling is there. Team leaders (except 2) treated us like wagers, as I have worked under 5 TLs. Arrogance what you can find with many of the people there. I do not know about top management but it all started from project manager to an associate level. Buttering is a must to stay longer in office.

...actual basis which I felt is bad for the growth of a candidate and their career. Salary structure is also not up to standards for living in Hyderabad
