LTIMindtree is good place to work. Senior and Junior cooperation is highly appreciated. There is no problem in facing client as we have senior Leadership behind us.

Appraisal process is not transparent at all. There is no equality in Salary structure on same grade and experience

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

Company has good insurance policies, HR is supportive and HR policies are good. Salary is as per market standards, sometimes they pay good. Good work environment but now the work pressure has increased too much to handle in few teams. Managers are good, they generally listen to employees concern. Free breakfast untill 8:30 am and evening snacks after 6 pm. lunch in just 20 INR.

Dislikes

No job security, people get fired very frequently. Very slow career growth if you have more than 8 years of experience. Very less travel opportunities and no technical learning. 8 hrs mandatory on an average. No work from home.

Good company to start with. However it depends on the team and dept you work with

Everything is good about QBurst, good work culture and overall atmosphere. The management really cares about the employees and their requirements (like wfh bonus, free covid vaccine even for non relatives, 6 month appraisal cycle, etc)
