- Daffodil is good company to start your carrier with since there are many project and technology to work upon - Seniors are very helpful

- Variable pay of 10% is sometimes issue

The salary structure provided by organization is the best among corporates where you can actually decide how much would you want your basic salary to be. The organization is encouraging working mothers with good policies in place. The career mentor policy too is good.

Dislikes

The only issue being though the skillset matches any open REQs, it gets next to impossible to get tagged to that REQ, when on lookout for opportunities within Accenture, while on bench.
