...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Skill Development and Learning is very good. If you have time then you can achieve the skills.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not at all good. Salary hike is also another concern.
