Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

The work culture is not that great, but not bad as well so for a smooth going work and if you are in search for a smooth process work, then it’s a good company.

The dislikes would be especially the salary given. The increment which is as equal as nothing. Worked here for more than 2 years but no such difference in the salary.

Excessive large infrastructure giving you a very positive mindset to start working. Great learning opportunity for every domain. Lots of exposure.

Growth is slow interms of work, promotion and compensation. Not upto the market standards.

1. Compensation is very poor 2. No work life balance 3. No policy for over-time work 4. No policy for late night shifts 5. No additional benifits 6. No additional gifts / bonuses / cheers points for festivals etc.
