The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.
