The salary and perks were good. The infrastructure, the office location were good. Nice cafeteria also.

Dislikes

There was no scope of learning and growth. Very toxic work environment with zero work life balance (that may be differ from manager to manager also, I can't say)

Salary and benefit comes on time.

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

All are good communication Office environment is very good. every one is supported to work and promotion If there any doubt to support many people's and doubt is clarified

Only on thing salary will not increased much

Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

Excessive large infrastructure giving you a very positive mindset to start working. Great learning opportunity for every domain. Lots of exposure.

Dislikes

Growth is slow interms of work, promotion and compensation. Not upto the market standards.
