Good Work life balance and Nagarro offers job security some of my colleagues were in bench but Nagarro trained them instead of laying them off. Company culture is amazing.

Working on same tech stack Does not offer good salary in the industry Appraisal are not good

Working culture was good ,On time salary, annually increment however given very less but still , So many Activities, sports games trip dinner etc

No job security now,Poor Management Several employees were laid off giving the reason your role has been eliminated due to reorganisation even the employees worked for more than 25 years were laid off

...environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Tere is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address ore issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Tere is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees
