...about it and some senior employees do the monopoly and misutilize the power....and i observed that people hired from outside to ipru on high package but existing employees always suffer interms of promotion and increment.....any ways i m a small employees and i don't have any value to give the any feedback . Career Growth is Very good as it has good brand. Salary is Good when compared with competitors. Work life balance is average, pressure will be immense but if you can handle them you'll have good career ahead. Team mate's are good and you'll get good support. Overall Better company to start a career.

Salary is ok, training is provided on the regular basis. Bonus and increaments are good.

Internal politics in management and higher posts, superior treats like a dog. Very bad and abusive language is used on the bad days. Little to no patience is there in the upper management.

Good with job security. Educate employee alot on products. Salary gets on time. In lockdown there was alot of supports from top management. Alot we can learn from this organisation. Over all its an very good organisation.
