Company is in transformation phase due to merger.There are many BFSI clients including top notch government banks and private banks. Most of the time working is from client location and hence need to follow the client rules.Flexible work culture

Dislikes

Variable pay for higher band employee is at very high percentage.

Nothing much to add here, except the fact that compensation can be a little better but still better than most good companies.

Nagarro has always been employee centeric organization, during the Covid crisis also the culture remain intact. Emloyes are allowed to Work from home from very first day. Special Corona management team is formed to support employee infected with virus. Job safety remains as company growing continuously.

Dislikes

Nagarro did the salary deduction during the covid time for 6 month for all empoyees, it was good decision as it helps the organization to retain the employee on bench. But the deduction doesn't seems to be completely compensated during the appraisal.
