No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.

It trains you about something else and then gives you role about something else and then when that project goes after several years then you will be on bench and will not get any project

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.

Accenture is a good company to work but financial growth is not upto the mark. You will get some perks and different way of learning new topic
