- Opportunities to learn new technologies and shape up your career. - Very good Work-life balance. - Permanent Work from Home options were given after COVID (only for non-SEZ locations). - Hybrid working model is also available where you can Work for Home for 3 days a week and visit the office for 2 days (for SEZ locations). - 10-15% hike every year - Excellent job security - Never had any game plays or politics. Politics is purely depends on the team that you work - You get lots of training to choose from. - Overall, a great place to work!!

Dislikes

- Compensation and Benefits are not competitive. - Had to wait for promotions. - No onsite opportunities in the team that I worked with.
