Job security is very poor with Ramco system and according to the package for an yr experienced and the freshers is almost same.

They are trying to support the associates in a lot of ways, no pay cuts announced yet, a relief package of 300 USD was unanimously provided to all Employees. Definitely they are trying to help us, workstations are installed at my place.

As a fresher, we get good compensation.

Toxic work culture and lack of work life balance. Working hours itself is 9.5 hours.

Clear-cut assignments. 0 bench policy. Supportive team members and managers if you are lucky.

Salary is below average from the market standards. This is the biggest reason one avoids Indian MNCs. As an MNC Infosys should offer a salary within the market standard. Freshers from college are getting placed with 48 LPA packages nowadays. Still paying a salary that was being paid 10 years back without considering market inflation impacts the thought process of candidates. Also, hikes are very minimal. This is for those who don’t have other choices for now.

The company is open to innovation. There are many opportunities to succeed. Team support is fabulous. I love that fact that Iam part of that team that places me in best. Though it is tough to achieve our targets in our project our team leads supported us in every aspect.

Dislikes

Salary is low what I felt and career growth is very slow. We have levels and sub levels in our career growth. To cross each sub level it takes 9 month.
