There are various committees like "Woliba" for employees relaxation from stress once in a month, separate women's forum for working women to guide and support them for managing their professional and personal life. There is Development and advancement which conducts various events for grooming employees skills for future roles. I can say working at Berkadia is about developing yourself and getting access to plenty of knowledge in the US mortgage industry.

Compensation is not satisfactory but we do have job satisfaction and a stress free work, People are considerate.
