... talent and learn the work environment is good the management is supportive too. Pay and salary hikes are reasonable depends on individuals performance though. Have worked here for 4+ years it's a comfortable environment.

Yes there are opportunities but career growth is slow given management is not very supportive on IJP (Internal Job Posting) for eligible candidates. Lacks transperency.

I only like bonus amount...but later on theg again dedcuted that amount even though project was doing good.

They make you work on weekends....managers Senior managers will make you extend your shifts.

...olerance policy. Cafeteria is not that great comparatively. Appraisals are fair. Salary hike and bonuses are decent. Teammates are very competitive.

HR team and cafeteria in HSBC could be better. Also I had to move into multiple locations of HSBC due to desking issues. Wish HSBC offices weren't so many and so far from each other.
