Shift timing starts from 8:30 but the timing of lunch break was from 3-3:30, due to that I suffered from extreme headache

Atmosphere is really good and everybody is very supportive. Policies of this company are good and you will get appraisals time to time and give good salary.

Dislikes

Partiality is the thing that i really dislike about this place and appraisal will not received as per your performance but by the relation with the management people and same for salary. Which should not be done by them everybody does hard work to achieve something. Which can discourage employees immensely.

I got to learn a lot. My seniors were always supportive and encouraging and pushed me to take up challenging tasks. My work was always appreciated.

Long working hours and less pay package.

...to say she is fabulous in all terms and is understanding enough in all respects. There are good options for bonus and all but you just have to grab those and follow certain rules and regulations of the organisation. Holidays was the only problem to maintain the balance between work and personal life otherwise it is a good organisation.
