Promotion and hikes requirements are have to person of senior's lobby, supports to campus people more than laterals. Working culture of office depends on Project Manager's mood. Using of company assets by project manager. Appraisal policy of company.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Overall Company culture is Good. If we talk about line manager he always keep finding a way to keep team employee moral down and give treat for PIP.

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.
