The only thing is we can get our salary on the first week of every month but their work culture is hectic. For NBA work they will make us stay up to 8 PM daily and we have to work on Sundays also without CCL or any leave benefits. HODs are very tuffest persons than chairman. They only makethe faculty members into hell.

... in serious situation eventhough we are free,leave system is also very pittyful. Lot of salary deductions and staff cases .

Rather that dealing Authorise person/team leader core authority or company owner communicate Lower employee or team members. If give leadership to some one then profit,benifits , vision mission all the questions "why " ask your leaders. you give salary leaders according to that. And Higher leaders subject concern, they don't know about the that perticular Institute or course and always be enforced Idea according to his specialization. To much workload No systematic work Daily changes Rules Regulation Employee work on same work again and again because of decision changes by authorities on daily basis

Good salary and job security, with opportunities to teach and mentor students in a dynamic environment.

Dislikes

Heavy work load with administrative tasks, and sometimes students are not serious about their studies.

The working is very hectic and the jobs to do multiple times and no clear plan for doing this and huge pressure on every member to doing the things. The job security is another concern, the people are also scared about their leaders( boss is the right word except leader as no leader here except Mr Abhay he is very genuine and humble person)
