Salary they are paying the person who are working with them from very long time is very less. Promotion cycle is vary depend on the process and in the Team you are working with.

Not much perks they’ll provide if we compare to any other mnc. You need to pay for the drop. You need to carry your water bottle. You need to carry a cup if you want to have coffee or tea in the office premises. You need to please for your claim expenses approval 😂.
