Job is not really secure, promotion depends upon team to team not everyone with their experience and calibre got that opportunity. Senior team mostly have their favourites. You can't travel if you're merchandiser/sr. Merchant position often.

As an inter there the only thing they need to add is to pay the stipend to the interns.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
