No personal growth in terms of knowledge and skills Promotion minimum 4-5 years Poor Top management No Hierarchy following from top to bottom management No command on workers by Top management

Flexibility to work from office as well as home. Management is supportive, they would listen to concern and assistance. Policies are in place to ensure balance organizational structure.

Salary and promotion at some point of time

Township facilities provided by the company are well maintained. Overall area for employees to spent time are also there.

Perks and benefits is not available as there's too much unnecessary salary deduction is there.

...here is no restriction. U can escalate any issue or demand to higher management. U will get resolution except salary.....

Dislikes

U have to work on weekends also as per requirement and there is requirement on every weekend. Also u have to xtend you time beyond office hours. All mentioned above is normal from the perspective of Manager & HR.
