Salary and job confirmation is totally Disappointing ,PF deducted in basic salary, worked for one year then still not job confirmation as there rules , privilege and sick leaves also just Formalities when you resigned they deduct in your F&F

Benifit and salary structure is good for ne comer, who switches from another company or GET,PGET.

Dislikes

Culture implementation at site level is not upto the mark what top management shows in upper level. Management now doesn't support in lower level or site management because of much digital implementation system.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...
