Culture implementation at site level is not upto the mark what top management shows in upper level. Management now doesn't support in lower level or site management because of much digital implementation system.

...ng hours are too long and there is no flexibility. WFH policy is only on papers. Your Annual Bonus depends on your attendance percentage. Company discourages taking leave. Middle management doesn't have leadership quality at all. They don't know how to manage a team, they just know to create pressure and stress among team members.

...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.
