Training, career growth, politics, work environment, no encourage or appreciation from management, even higher managers also not properly responding for subordinates, work life balance disturbed due to high working hours. # Fully money minded, on the name of commitment or bond they collecting lot of money from employees to company account. Company not leave any chance of collecting the money from employee at the time of relieving. Otherwise they were not issue the relieving letter.

...mpany responce is highly apritiable. Moral support from management is excellent. Salary hike like increments for every year is very good.
